I'm Lisa, and I support people who long for clarity, connection, and real change.

As a certified life coach and psychological counselor, I work with a holistic approach that integrates body, mind, and emotion. I truly believe that change is possible – for you, exactly where you are right now.

Using thoughtful questions and proven methods from coaching, systemic therapy, parts work (IFS) and EMDR, I help you recognize old patterns, discover new perspectives, and consciously shape your life.

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to empower you to find your inner answers and reconnect with your own truth.

Trust and mutual respect are the foundation of any meaningful coaching relationship. That’s why I offer a free introductory session – no pressure, just a chance to see if we’re a good fit.

Our sessions take place online – flexible, secure, and from the comfort of your own space.
